  • Do you have a store where I can visit?
    Unfortunately not yet! We are however in the process of creating a brick & mortar in the near future. Please be patient with us and visit our online store for now :)
  • I did not receive an Order Confirmation email.
    The Order Confirmation email is sent to your email address automatically from the system, after the purchase had been made. If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk mailbox. If there is no where to be found, please contact us.
  • Could you send a package earlier than 3-5 business days?
    Yes! If you are in a hurry to receive an item or would like to receive within a certain time frame, please contact us imediately after the purchase so that we can accomodate such request. (Due to Covid 19 measures, please be aware that carriers are taking extra time to deliver.)
  • I am sending a gift to a friend.
    If you are sending a gift, please also contact us immediately including your name, order #, and product, in order for us to take out the invoice within the package before sending. Also for gifts, we do provide free gift wrapping!
  • I would like to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
    Of course! We understand if you feel like you need to clean your inbox. Please click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page, in any subscriptions you receive from us.
  • I have not received my package.
    Oh no! We will ship out your items within 3-5 business days of order, and domestic orders should usually arrive in 2-3 days, non-UK orders are 3-7 days. We will provide you with the tracking information within the Order Confirmation email, but if you are still not receiving the item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to locate your package with the carrier. (Due to Covid 19 measures, please be aware that carriers are taking extra time to deliver as well.)
