SHIPPING

 

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over £75. 

Orders will ship for £5.50 for Standard shipping and £8.16 for Express shipping.

We use Royal Mail for most deliveries and DPD for larger parcels (price varies).

All orders are shipped out of our local studio Monday through Friday (except for bank holidays), and all orders will be wrapped and packaged by our small team. Some orders will take between 1-3 days of processing before they are ready for shipment. Once they’ve been shipped, most orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your door and 1 day delivery for Express shipping. Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times. If you are in need of the time urgently, please contact us (hello@shopslo.co.uk) immediately with your order # so that we can accommodate your request as much as we can! Or let us know that you are in a hurry by writing in the "Note" section of the check out page.

COVID 19 update: Due to the high volume and shorter hours of transportation systems, it is advised that shipping may take longer than usual. Tracking is provided for all shipping in order for you to keep track of where your package is.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International Sales are Final Sale.

We ship to worldwide via UPS or FedeX. Our shipping rates vary and are based on the country the package is being delivered to. Appropriate country rates will be shown at checkout. On average, international shipping rates are between £12.99 - £20.00 and DO NOT include local taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery.

s l o  is not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. In the case that the package is refused, the total cost of the return fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURNS

We like happy customers and we would like for you to happy with our carefully chosen products! However we do understand if things don't turn out to be what you expected.

 

Please contact us right away at hello@shopslo.co.uk, if you are considering a return within 7 days from arrival of package, with your order number, name, address, and the reason for return/exchange. All items must be returned with the original packaging intact and in sale-able condition. Once you had done so, we will guide you through our return process details along with a printable return slip. Full refund will be made, minus the original shipping cost.

 

Unfortunately, return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

Following items cannot be returned:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • personal care items such as body oils and lotion

  • sale or discounted items

Due to the nature of the business, we may not be able to accommodate exchanges, since all products are one-of-a-kind and each handmade. Please understand that each item is carefully made by the maker themselves and each pieces are unique & special.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.

We ask that you return the items by reusing our sent boxes, in order for the package to be delivered safely (and for recycle reasons!).

If you had received the item damaged or broken from the original state, please contact us immediately at hello@shopslo.co.uk. We will resolve this issue in the best way possible.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.
